Saddam Hussein claims his government never surrendered - and that he would win by a landslide in new elections. President Bush responded - "well, so did Al Gore, and look what good it did him, tough guy. Besides, I don't think you could beat me in a landslide. I could win a lotta states. Oh, you mean Iraqi elections? Never mind."
