If you look at the context, you can tell he's talking about Saddam. That means he's just stupid not incredibly ignorant.
ReplyDeleteSmells fishy to me. You'd think that the interviewer would pick up on it, no? Probably a transcription error. Dean sez "Saddam", lazy stoned transciber writes "Osama".
