Although none of the new films are expected to be blockbusters, two of them are expected to finish 1-2, therefore finally unseating The Help from the catbird's seat.
Warrior's expectations:
Contagion: 1st place, with $18.8 million in more than 3100 theaters.
Warrior: a distant 2nd place in total gross, but with about the same amount per theater as Contagion, with $10.6 million in 1700 theaters.
Bucky Larson: a weak 10th place, with $2.3 million in 1400 theaters.
Creature: not expected to reach the top ten although it will be in about 1500 theaters.
