Mutilated body washes up on Rio beach that is Olympics beach volleyball venue

These Olympic stories are awesome! The best so far: police and firemen are telling tourists they are not safe in Rio! So the water is full of poop, the streets are owned by gangs, the firemen aren't being paid, and dead bodies are turning up in the sports venues. It's like holding the Olympics in Newark!

And to top it all off, these summer Olympics will actually be held in winter. Granted, Rio's winter is pretty damned nice, even though July is their coldest month, but the sun sets about 5:30 in July, which is pretty weird for summer sports.
