Roy Moore's behavior was OK because he learned it from Ringo
Well, that clears up everything. Ringo is obviously the ultimate arbiter of ethics and morality.
The logic is that Ringo was 33 when he performed “You’re Sixteen You're Beautiful (And You're Mine).” The song came out in 1973, and apparently inspired Moore's subsequent actions. Or something.
